I have found three slightly different pairs of labels on the Mono LP. The changes are minor in between the versions, but it still indicates that labels were orderd at least three times from the supplier. That would also indicate that at least three pressings were made in between 1967 and 1969.
Side 1 / Design No 5 / Version 1 (LK4888/S1/D5/V1)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export
Publishers: After each song title
This label has the GEMA text above the BIEM box. This is probably the first label used in 1967.

Side 1 / Design No 5 / Version 2 (LK4888/S1/D5/V2)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export
Publishers: After each song title
This label has the GEMA text under the BIEM box.
Side 1 / Design No 5 / Version 3 (LK4888/S1/D5/V3)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export
Publishers: After each song title
This label is almost identical to S1/D5/V2. The GEMA text is a bit more to the right. It is also used on a nongrooved pressing from 1968 or 1969
Mono nonboxed label
Side 2
Side 2 / Design No 5 / Version 1 (LK4888/S2/D5/V1)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style

Publishers: Mirage Music on the left side of the label
This label has the side 2 and the catalogue number in slightly smaller text size than the netx two labels.
Side 2 / Design No 5 / Version 2 (LK4888/S2/D5/V2)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export
Publishers: Mirage Music on the left side of the label
Song titles are a bit further down compared to the two other version
Side 2 / Design No 5 / Version 3 (LK4888/S2/D5/V3)
Copyright box: BIEM box on the left side of the label

This label has the catalogue number a bit larger size than S2/D5/V1 and the song titles a bit higher up than S2/D5/V2. It is also used on a nongrooved pressing from 1968 or 1969

Stereo nonboxed label

Side 1 / Design 8 / Version 1 (SLK4888/S1/D8/V1)
Copyright box: BIEM and NCB on the left side of the label
Font: Times New Roman looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export

Copyright box: BIEM and NCB on the left side of the label
Font: Arial looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export

Publishing year: At the bottom of the label
The band name and copyright years are rather close to the last song title and the mastertape number is upside down.
Side 1 / Design 9 / Version 2 (SLK4888/S1/D9/V2)
Copyright box: BIEM and NCB on the left side of the label
Font: Arial looking font style
Tax Code: No Tax codes as the LP was made for export

This one has more space in between the band name and the last song title and the mastertape number is the right way.
Made in 1968-69 as this is a nongrooved pressing.
